Q. What is your return policy?
A. Because of the seasonal nature of our merchandise, Halloween costumes CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED unless an error was made by us. In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible, we have to impose this policy since some customers may want to wear a costume once and then return the merchandise. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy, such as exchanges for a different size. Please click to our Return Policy page which will explain our policy in more detail.

Q. What size should I order?
A. For help finding the right size, please go to our Sizing Chart that will provide you with sizing information for everyone in the family. If you’re still unsure, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you. Many costumes tend to run small. For those costumes that come in only one size, keep in mind that “one size fits most” is not the same as “one size fits all."
