STORE POLICY

Returns
Because of the seasonal nature of our merchandise, Halloween costumes CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy, such as exchanges for a different size. Orders placed after Midnight on October 13th will NOT be eligible for exchange and all sales are final; NO returns will be accepted for ANY reason after October 14th regardless of order date. In the event that your costume is out of stock at the time of packing, Costumes Etc… will contact you and suggest alternative choices. If we are unable to provide another choice your money will be refunded. Once an order has been shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable regardless of the situation.

Return Authorization
In order to return a costume for exchange, you must contact Costumes Etc… within 24 hours of receipt and receive a return authorization number, which must be posted on the outside of the box. No return will be accepted without the number posted on the outside of your package.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order for some reason, please do so as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped you will be charged a $15 restocking fee. Once an order has been transmitted to our warehouse, you may not cancel it. Costumes Etc… has the right to cancel any order at any time due to inventory shortage, miscount, or pricing error. You’ll be notified as quickly as possible of the cancellation. Orders placed after October 21st may NOT be cancelled for any reason.

Shipping
Everything is insured and shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Upon Shipment you may track your package, your email is provided to UPS in order that you may track your package as soon as it is shipped. Every Product is shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. As of right now we're only accepting orders within the Continental United States. We ship from Atlanta and any order out of the 3-day ground-shipping zone (see UPS map) must be shipped in the most expeditious manner in order for you to receive it in time for your event. UPS does not deliver on weekends or to a post office box.

Feel free to contact us 24 hours a day, our phones are only open during our store hours and during Halloween our lines are overloaded. However we try to answer our emails all day long. You, the customer, are important to us and we'll try to help you every way we can.
